  • Must be Non-smoker
  • Must not be taking any prescription medication
 Study duration:
1 dosing visit and 11 or 14 follow-up visits (depending on Group)

  • Type 2 Diabetes Laboratory Confirmed Diagnosis

QP15C13 - STAGE 1

Eligibility requirements:

  • Healthy Males & Females
  • Aged 18 – 50
  • BMI between 18 – 32 kg/m2
  • No clinically significant illness/disease
  • No history of cardiac/pulmonary disease

Study duration:
2 Night stay and 12 follow-up visits

Experimental transdermal vaccine

  • 18-65 years
  • BMI between 18-35 kg.m2
  • Using stable contraception
  • Not using any regular prescription medication (other than contraception)
  • Must not have heavily tattooed forearms

 

 

 

 Stage 1

 

Approx. 4 hour confinement plus 2 follow-up visits over a 28 Day period

THC Skin-patch study

Eligibility requirements:

  • Healthy Male and Females
  • Aged between 18 – 55 years,
  • BMI between 18 – 30kg/m²
  • No tattoos covering both of your upper arms,
  • No history of any significant allergies, drug-related hypersensitivity, or allergic reactions to any adhesives or compound
  • No history of a significant psychiatric disorder (Bipolar,  ADHD, Schizophrenia, Depression, etc).

 

 

 Minimum 2 overnight stays and

Minimum 4 follow up outpatient visits

 

This study has multiple groups available, all with varying confinement periods, follow up visits and payments.

Please note all trials are conducted at our clinics located in the Clive Berghofer Cancer Research Centre, Level 5, 300C Herston Road HERSTON QLD 4006.

All studies at Q-Pharm are conducted under Australian and International guidelines for medical research under the approval of a registered  Human Research Ethics Committee that complies with the strict guidelines as set by the National Health and Medical Research Council. Participation in a trial is dependent on fulfilment of trial specific criteria and overseas visitors require appropriate visas for trial participation.
